We ship Australia-wide and take the same small-batch approach to preparing orders as we do to making our products.

Shipping Rates

Standard Domestic Shipping — $10
Express Domestic Shipping — $25

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 (Australia only).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.

Order Preparation

Many of our products are poured in small batches, so orders may take a little time to prepare before shipping.

Preparation and dispatch typically take 3–7 days, depending on your location and whether your order is fulfilled from an existing batch or included in the next scheduled run.

If we expect preparation to take longer than 7 days, we will contact you to keep you informed.

Good things aren’t rushed.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Warm Weather & Natural Wax

Our wax products are made from natural wax and butter blends, which can soften slightly in warmer weather during transit.

If your product arrives warm, simply allow it to return to room temperature before use. This will not affect performance or fragrance.

Our No-Fluff Packaging Policy

We don’t do fancy boxes, labels, stamping, or packaging that’s destined for the bin five minutes after you open it. That’s not our thing.

We put our energy (and your money) into what actually matters, the product inside. Better ingredients. Better pours. Better scent.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and the packaging so we can assess the situation.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue where appropriate in line with our returns and customer care policy.

A Small Batch Note

Darkroom Daddy products are handmade in controlled runs, not mass produced. Occasionally this means your order may be prepared as part of the next batch or run rather than pulled from warehouse stock.

It’s part of the process, and part of what makes small-batch products different.
